Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singhal

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singhal, son of the late Shri Hans Raj Singhal and a resident of Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, graduated with First Division Honors in B.Com in 1978. Following his graduation, he embarked on Chartered Accountancy training, successfully passing C.A. Part I in 1980. Upon completing his C.A. training, he joined his father’s handloom manufacturing and export business alongside his elder brother.

Since 1982, Mr. Singhal has been diligently managing various aspects of the business, including accounts, cash flow, banking operations, sales tax, income tax, procurement, and liaising with government departments.

In 1985, he joined his elder brother’s cement business and concurrently initiated operations as a firm engaged in the business of C&F Agent and sales promotion for Jaipur Udyog Ltd., a government undertaking. Simultaneously, he commenced work with Maiher Cement (owned by Century Textiles & Industries Ltd.) and J.K. Lakshmi Cement Ltd.

In 1986, together with his elder brother, he established AD Pharma Pvt. Ltd., a medicine manufacturing unit located at Side IV, Sahibabad. Additionallv. thev launched a Solvent Plant named Adarwal Solvent Extraction (Solvex India) in Rudrapur. Uttaranchal. in 1993. In the same Additionally, they launched a Solvent Plant named Agarwal Solvent Extraction (Solvex India) in Rudrapur, Uttaranchal, in 1993. In the same year, they established a Jute Spinning Mill named Pioneer India Pvt. Ltd., located in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, sponsored by the central government under the Jute Promotion Council of India.

In 1997, he co-founded Ideal Institute of Technology, an Engineering College, along with a group of other promoters. The institution has achieved remarkable success since its inception. However, due to personal reasons, he resigned from his position at the Engineering College in 1998-99.

In 2001, he established another educational society named Shree Bankey Bihari Educational Society (Regd.) with seven other members. Serving as the secretary since October 2001, he has played a pivotal role in its operations.
The society oversees Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College in Masuri, Ghaziabad, which has been allocated 100 seats in BDS and 28 seats in MDS by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the Union Government’s Health Department. The college has demonstrated outstanding performance and consistently produces commendable results.

During his tenure with the aforementioned society, he acquired valuable experience in establishing and efficiently managing educational institutions. He played a pivotal role in procuring land for projects and overseeing the construction of college buildings. Additionally, he handled the financial, legal, and administrative aspects of the college.

Building upon the success of the Dental college, he collaborated with the Treasurer of Shree Bankey Bihari Educational Society to establish a new society named Shree Ganpati Educational Society (Regd.) along with six other members. In 2005, they founded Shri Ganpati Institute of Technology, offering Engineering, Pharma, and Management courses in Masuri, Ghaziabad. The institution has flourished under their guidance. However, in 2006-07, he resigned from the society due to personal reasons.

In June 2008, as Secretary of Maa Bhagwati Educational Society, he spearheaded the establishment of a state-of-the-art technical college near the Masuri canal. This institution provides quality education in engineering, pharmacy, management, science, and sports, all within ideal and hygienic surroundings. From the outset, we have been offering scholarships to exceptional students.

In July 2009, serving as General Secretary of Jai Maa Savitri Educational Society, he initiated another technical college near Rampur village, along the Hapur bypass in Hapur. This institution offers education in engineering, pharmacy, law, management, science, sports, arts and commerce boasting ultra-modern facilities in pristine surroundings. As with our previous endeavors, scholarships have been provided to outstanding students from the onset.

Dr. Himanshu Singhal

Dr. Himanshu Singhal, General Secretary of Maa Bhagwati Educational Society, holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in engineering. He earned his M.Tech in Software Engineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. After completing his academic journey, he returned to India with a commitment to contribute to the growth and excellence of the institution, taking on the role of Secretary in a managerial capacity.

With deep expertise in Science and Technology, Dr. Singhal combines academic rigor with global exposure to drive the vision of JMS Institute of Technology. His international experience has greatly enriched his approach, enabling him to promote a global perspective, practical learning methodologies, and collaborative education models within the institute.

Actively involved in the college’s operations, Dr. Singhal oversees the day-to-day functioning of various departments. He enhances his leadership through technical certifications in Web Designing, Java (Basics and Advanced), and dotNet, blending technical knowledge with strong management skills.

His proven track record in successfully leading Engineering and Management institutions is a testament to his dynamic leadership and strategic insight. With the collective support of the entire management team, Dr. Singhal is focused on elevating JMSIT to greater heights, fostering innovation, academic excellence, and a future-ready student community.
